For the past 15 years, I’ve been a Tenant at 19 Waterman Ave St. W. and 12 Cranfield Ave. They are great brick and beam spaces with a landlord who has always been extremely fair, professional, and who truly cares about their Tenants. Any issues have always been resolved quickly and courteously. Highly recommended.
