BBM Waterman consists of 3 independent entrepreneurs, Bob Mason, Brian Grott, and Michael John who are are all in the industry of warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing in the GTA.  With a combined experience of over 100 years in these industries they saw a lack of good quality industrial buildings and in 2007 decided to form the company BBM and purchase their first building at 19 Waterman Ave, in East York (214,000sq.ft) to redevelop, in East York, Toronto.
