BBM Waterman consist of 3 independent entrepreneurs, Bob Mason, Brian Grott, and Michael John who were all in the industry of warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing in the GTA. With a combined experience of over 100 years in these industries they saw a lack of good quality industrial buildings and in 2007 decided to form the company BBM and purchase their first building (214,000sq. ft) to redevelop at 19 Waterman Ave, in East York, Toronto.
The focus at that time was to differentiate by providing above average quality multi-tenant industrial warehouse spaces and tenant focused. The success of the redevelopment of 19 Waterman led to 2 more purchases and redevelopment projects within the next 5 years: 12 Cranfield and 161 Bartley.
All 3 properties are minutes from the DVP and with the completion of the new light rail transit (LRT) makes these spaces attractive for small and medium-sized businesses with easy access and parking for all tenants and employees. Spaces can very from 2,000sqft to 44,000 sq. Ft.
